• Problem 1: Packaging & Quality Consistency Your concern: Non-sealed packaging raised doubts about whether the product was previously used, creating hygiene concerns. Our solution: Effective immediately, all units ship in tamper-evident, hygienically sealed packaging. We’ve also implemented stricter warehouse protocols to ensure you receive a brand-new, sanitized product every time.
• Problem 2: Unresponsive Touch Controls & Confusing Operation Our solution: We’ve completely replaced the finicky touch sensor with a tactile double-click control system: Double-click to power on/off: A deliberate mechanical action with audible, tactile feedback—no more accidental triggers, missed presses, or wondering if the lamp "heard" you. Click again continuously to cycle colors: Once powered on, each subsequent press systematically moves through warm white → soft amber → cool blue → rainbow rotation. Predictable, responsive, and easy enough for children to master.
